韩国科隆 聚甲醛 POM

1920年,德国的Staudinger社虽进行了关于居大分子学说一环的聚乙烯、双氧水、次甲基的综合构造的研究,但聚合体的热安定性不足,所以没有商业化。到了1948年,pupont社开始了基础研究,改良热安定性,进行商业化研究和成型加工等应用研究,到1956年出现了代替金属的塑料之类的文句,最终发展到DELRIN。1960年正式开始生产销售。

    Celaese社根据自己的研究,1960年独立完成了共聚物类型研究的CELCON,1960年正式投入生产。在很长的一段时间内,Acetal,被分为Dupont社的技术为基础而制作的Homopolymer 和celanese社的技术为基础而制作的 coploymey两种。

    Celanese社,与德国的Heochs社成立了Ticona合资会社。1963年开始生产。1968年,成立了日本的celiulild 社和polyplastics社,开始了生产。后来两公司的基础技术被消灭后,独立性的技术也活跃了起来,德国的BASF,日本的Asahi Kasei, Mitsubishi GAS chemical等公司也都参与了工业化。

在我国,韩国工学塑料用日本 Mitubishi Gas chemical的技术,以KEPIRTAL的牌子,开始了生产,kolon(株)和日本的Toray(株)合作,成立了KTP(株),1988年终于出现在市场上。


机械性质

   它属于结晶性比较高的树脂,以强性的调节为最大长处。耐creep的特性优秀,有润滑性、耐磨、磨擦特性也非常强。

  Arrhenius Plot

热性应考虑温度和热化。非结晶树脂在这个温度范围内不会引起太大的变形,所以被认为是最高使用温度,但结晶性树脂的poyacetal,超过此温度也没有引起大的变形,所以可使用温度的范围,应根据设计要求计算其蔓延的数字后再决定。

耐化学性

为了树脂的耐药成份,必须好好检验化学成份中的溶解。混浊引起的重量增加,裂缝、蔓延引起的药品影响都有结晶性,所以在有机溶剂上不浸透,但方向盘、染剂、酮剂、酯类等溶剂上增加一定程度的重量,就引起机械性变化或值数的变化,也在意外情况下,氟素丙酮溶化聚缩醛,汽油和润滑油也有耐性,但为功能向上添加酸性添加剂的时候,耐性有可能不足。共聚物虽适合碱性,但均聚物的碱性一般,虽适合无机药品,但ZnCl2等药品根据温度和浓度有可能被浸透。

耐药品和热的影响一样,应考虑实际使用时的药品浓度、温度等环境。例如,耐热性的情况下,共聚物连续使用一年后,最高使用温度为65℃,但均聚物可根据其化学结构,其寿命适当地缩短。

  耐侯性

聚缩醛树脂的紫外线的耐性虽不好,但以光安定剂和紫外线吸收剂为处方后,能达到实用的程度。而且用黑烟末的黑色染或其他染料染后,能适当提高其耐侯性。但在室外使用时,不但是紫外线的热化,还有大气中的SOX,NOX,臭氧等影响,所以应慎重考虑其耐侯性。

例如,进行耐侯性实验Weather_o_netr,Xenon arc,下ade

-o_mether等的调查结果是被判断为其结果很好,但实际上在室外用时,受环境影响,发生裂缝、变色等情况。
